🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Shree Omkar

At Shree Omkar, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you face any issue related to size, design, or wish to exchange the product, please read our policy below:

✅ Exchange Only Policy (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds. We only support product exchange under the following conditions:

🔁 When Can You Request an Exchange?

• If the size doesn't fit you.

• If there’s a genuine issue with the product received.

• If you wish to exchange it with another design or color (based on availability).

🚚 How to Initiate an Exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

2. You will need to ship the product back to our address at your own cost.

3. Once we receive the product in unused and original condition (with tags intact), we will ship your replacement to your address.

⚠️ Please note: The product must be in original condition without any signs of wear, wash, or damage.

❌ No Exchange Available For:

• Customized or altered items

• Worn or damaged items

• Items returned without prior communication
