• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
• Custom-size and customized products may take 4-7 business days for processing.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• A standard shipping charge of ₹89 applies to orders. 

5. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.

7. Shipping Partners

We work with leading courier partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
• In rare cases of lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
